生涯發展中心簡介

隸屬於學生事務處,中心前身為職涯發展及就業輔導組,成立於民國98年8月1日。隨著慈濟大學與慈濟科技大學併校,自113年8月1日起,改名生涯發展中心 ,旨在協助學生進行職涯探索,了解自身興趣、價值觀,培養核心就業能力,明確人生方向。

 

👉主要任務

生涯發展中心的是提升學生就業力、求職力和職場適應力:

  1. 就業力(生涯探索與職業規劃)
  2. 提供生涯測評(如性向測驗、職業興趣測驗)、
  3. 舉辦生涯講座與工作坊,幫助學生認識自我與職業市場;
  4. 安排一對一職涯諮詢,協助學生擬定個人職涯發展計畫.

  2. 指導履歷撰寫與面試技巧,提供模擬面試服務
  3. 求職技巧訓練,如求職信撰寫、職場溝通技巧

 

  1. 適應力 職場適應與能力培養):
  2. 職場軟技能(Soft Skills)訓練,如時間管理、團隊合作等
  3. 舉辦校園徵才博覽會,媒合企業與畢業生
  4. 安排業師分享職場實務經驗。

Career Development Center Overview

Affiliated with the Office of Student Affairs, the Career Development Center was formerly known as the Career Development and Employment Guidance Division, established on August 1, 2009. Following the merger of Tzu Chi University and Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology, it was renamed the Career Development Center on August 1, 2024. The center aims to assist students in career exploration, helping them understand their interests and values, develop core employability skills, and establish a clear direction for their future.

 

Primary Objectives

The Career Development Center focuses on enhancing students’ employability, job-seeking skills, and workplace adaptability:

 

Employability (Career Exploration & Planning)

  1. Providing career assessments (e.g., aptitude tests, career interest tests).
  2. Organizing career seminars and workshops to help students understand themselves and the job market.
  3. Offering one-on-one career counseling to assist students in formulating personalized career development plans.

 

Job-Seeking Skills

  1. Guiding students in resume writing and interview techniques, including mock interview services.
  2. Conducting job application skills training, such as cover letter writing and workplace communication techniques.

 

Workplace Adaptability (Workplace Readiness & Skill Development)

  1. Training in soft skills such as time management and teamwork.
  2. Hosting campus recruitment fairs to connect students with potential employers.
  3. Arranging industry professionals to share practical workplace experiences.
